Refund policy

Shipping fees for purchases are not-refundable.

You have 30 day period following the date of receipt of the purchased item to request a return for regularly priced items bought online.

Be sure to keep the invoice and the item you want to return to make the process easier.

In conformity with our Refund Policy, the Quebec Shooting Federation will not assume the shipping fees for merchandise returned

Gift cards are not refundable.

All approved refunds to be made using the same transactional method as the payment.
